The protection of Users' privacy is for PPHU REMO-TECH SP. Z O.O. of particular importance. Therefore, the Users of www.remo-tech.pl enjoy high standards of privacy protection. PPHU REMO-TECH SP. Z O.O. acting in the capacity of the Data Controller takes care of the security of the data provided by the Users.
The Data Controller also aims to duly inform the Users of their rights and obligations in relation to their personal data processing, especially9 in view of the content of the personal data protection provisions set forth in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR"). The use of the Website at www.remo-tech.pl by the User means that the User accepts that the Data Controller collects and uses his personal data in adherence to this Privacy Policy.
The personal data of Website User is processed by the Data Controller based on his/her consent, and in some cases referred to herein, within the Data Controller's legitimate interest. The User has the right to withdraw his consent expressed earlier at any time. The consent withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The purpose of using the User's personal data provided by him/her through the functionalities and communication tools available on the Website is the marketing communication carried out by the Data Controller within the scope of his/her activity, in particular presentation of commercial offers to the User electronically.

The User's personal data provided by the User via functionalities and communication tools available on the Website will be used for marketing communication run by the Data Controller within the scope of his/her business activity, especially to present commercial offers to the User on the phone.

The objective of Data Controller's use of User's personal data provided in the newsletter subscription form available on the Website is to inform the User electronically (via e-mail) about new products, services, promotions or events organized by the Data Controller or its partners.

The Data Controller uses the User's personal data in order to enable the User to comment/review the products or services delivered by the Data Controller or its cooperating entities.

in order to enter into and perform a contingent contract between the User and the Data Controller and to serve the User as the Data Controller's customer pursuant to Article 6, para 1, letter b) of the RODO;
in order to carry out financial settlements with the User who is the Data Controller's customer under the performance of contingent contract signed by and between the parties, as well as contingent pursuing of debts owed by the User who is the customer pursuant to the Data Controller's legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, letter f) of the GDPR and in order to fulfil the Data Controller's legal obligations towards tax authorities pursuant to separate regulations pursuant to Article 6, par. 1, letter c) of the GDPR;
in order to carry out the Data Controller's marketing activities as part of the Data Controller's legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6, para 1), letter f) of the GDPR, and in compliance with the declarations of intent regarding marketing communications made to the Data Controller. Consents granted for marketing communication (e.g., for transmission of commercial information via email or to be contacted via phone for direct marketing purposes) may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing that had been carried out under the consent before its withdrawal;
in order to comply with the Data Controller's legal obligations vis-a-vis the User set forth in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6, para 1), letter c) of the GDPR.

The User's personal data is not transferred by the Data Controller to any third parties.

In each data processing phase, the User has a number of rights that allow them to access their data, verify the correctness of data processing, correct the data, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data, request the deletion of the data as well as the restriction of the data processing or transfer.

The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
The User whose personal data is processed by the Data Controller has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
COOKIES
The Data Controller informs that while using the Website, short text information called "cookies" are saved in the User's end device. Cookie files contain such IT data as: the IP address concerning the User, the name of the website they come from, the time of their storage on the User's end device, the record of parameters and statistics, and a unique number. The "cookies" are forwarded to the Website server by the web browser installed in the User's end device.

In each of the above cases, after the necessary data processing period has elapsed, the data may only be processed for the purpose of asserting claims against the background of the relationship between the parties until the claims have been settled by legal means.

If the body of Privacy Policy has been modified, the update date indicated at the end of the text will be changed.
